Practice selflove
1. Love yourself. No matter what make yourself your priority.
2. You alone are enough. You have nothing to prove to anybody.
3. Stop apologizing for who you are. You deserve all good things.
4. Don't feel guilty for doing what's best for you.
5. Its ok to make mistakes. Learn from it and move on.
6. Stay awey from people who make you feel like you are hard to love.
Emotional self care
1. Play an instrument that you love.
2. If you can't share it with someone Write it down in a book.
3. Listen to your favourite songs and dance to it.
4. Play video games withyour friends or siblinge
5. Remove unwanted people from your life.
6. Meditate simply taking a few minutes to breathe deeply is a meditation practice in itself.
I like all this. Try to write some useful advice on your own as well.
