I’m not a pro meditater but I’ve been meditating for a couple of years now. It’s really change quality of my life. Absolutely it’s feel a better & quality life. Lots of us have been distracting our pain or looking at our pain in the eye by either food, alcohol, parting whatever it is right now we don’t have to access to all of that. Here we are sitting in the home super uncomfortable. So instead running away from the pain let’s look that our pain in the eye and looks at make a deal with it. We can use this become better human mentally & physically. Certain people do this mantras & chanting but I choose to do it with breath. Diognomathic breath which is when you breath in your tummy it is a deep breath. I used to be doing my first 10 minutes to getting fully relaxation. After you do this constantly thoughts will pop up but your job is focus to your breath. You will definitely noticed first two weeks if you had monkeys mind type of behaviour like me that’s thoughts completely changing. How you can truly improve your meditation is if you consistently do it at least for 10 minutes. Finally I have to tell you the greatest thing is not past not future that is “now”. That is what gives us meditation.
