4. Realize that you don't deserve How you're Treating yourself. Be nice to Yourself
5. Try Writing a journal. write down your to do list, Daily gratitude amd Affiramations.
6. Read More. Books open our mind and enables us to grow and change as individuals.📒
Physically
1. Wear clothes that make you feel good, comfortable. Don't let other decide your style. 👗
2. Eat Healthy 90% of the time and don't stress about the 10%. 😉
3. Don't compare youreself to others. Everybody is beautiful in their own different way.
4. Try exercises 45 times a week. 🤸
5. Drink as much water as you can. Atleast 7-8 glasses a day.
6. Start Morning and night time skincare Routine. Moisture your skin daily. 🙂💛
