6. Read More. Books open our mind and enables us to grow and change as individuals.π
Physically
1. Wear clothes that make you feel good, comfortable. Don't let other decide your style. π
2. Eat Healthy 90% of the time and don't stress about the 10%. π
3. Don't compare youreself to others. Everybody is beautiful in their own different way.
4. Try exercises 45 times a week. π€Έ
5. Drink as much water as you can. Atleast 7-8 glasses a day.
6. Start Morning and night time skincare Routine. Moisture your skin daily. ππ
