Healthy desserts 🍭



 Healthy desserts are important in these days cause people in home without workouts, cardio & any exercise. So I’m gonna take you through one by one. First of all “Thala Guli”. But make sure that doesn’t have a sugar or jagurry.Second one is “Baked ata chips with peanut or almond butter”. The thing with peanut butter much better than you eating peanuts. Cause peanut might have miotoxings. The third one is “Coconut Yought with honey” it’s much better than having normal yought & even curd. Fourth one is “Baked almond + Dates + strawberry” this is wonderful package. Take a date & seed off put the almond between & try it With strawberry. 😛  you can buy this things in super markets or etc. I can recommend Good market cause I know quality is amazing.

In fact, if a man achieves the best in the world, a dog 🐶 playing with a rubber ball is the happier for a movement than it is. The best thing is to be happy with what you get 😊. The train 🚂 ride was beautiful. It was a beautiful journey that brought to different ideas to my mind that relax the mind and soothe the mind this evening as well. 

Expectations ✨

 Just always be the better person. And make your intentions pure. What & who you are is what will be remembered. Pain is inavitable & it will always exist. But if you focus on understanding what you are and what you are feeling, and why you’re feeling it, you will overcome it.  The expectations we have often do not correspond with reality, we are disappointed when we expect to treated as we treat others. When you start to realize that everyone is living at a different stage, thinking differently & making their choices, then you can only accept the fact that people do not share the same mind & heart. When you want to be happy you have to let go of that & start with yourself, be the person you can be proud of, be an example, show respect & understanding, others may not change, but know that it is not up to you and be proud of how you are you have so much soul to be handled by someone who has never been passionate.
